Our services are extremely popular and appointment availability is limited.

Late cancellations or amendments leave us short on time to contact other customers to fill the slot.

Please be fair to us and our other customers and let us know if you can’t make your appointment.

• New customers pay a £20 non-refundable booking fee to secure the appointment slot.
• We require 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or amendments otherwise a 50% charge will apply.
• Less than 24 hours notice, or ‘no shows‘ will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
• We are unable to keep your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late – this is treated as a cancellation.

Payment of the cancellation charge together with prepayment of the following treatment would need to be made before any further bookings are confirmed.

We hope you appreciate that this policy ensures that we are able to offer the best possible service to all of our clients.
